90-day money-back guarantee
You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a refund, for any reason whatsoever.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to orders placed on or after 05/09/2026, the date it came into effect.
Orders placed before that date remain covered by the terms in force at the time of purchase, namely our 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt. This change to our terms does not apply retroactively to earlier orders.
No product return is required, even if the bottle has been opened or finished. A simple email to info@shopsolaz.com is enough: no form, no justification needed.
How to proceed
Write to us at info@shopsolaz.com with your order number. We handle your request within 24 business hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right. A photo is usually enough.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, contact us: we refund your original order and you can place a new one.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Independently of the commercial guarantee above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Under this legal framework, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our 90-day guarantee is more favourable: it requires neither a product return nor any condition regarding the item's state.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as your request has been processed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it.
