Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

The Solaz Mobile Application

This section was last updated on 8 August 2026. It applies specifically to the Solaz mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), a companion to the supplement programmes sold on shopsolaz.com. Where this section and the rest of this Privacy Policy differ, this section governs the App.

Who is responsible

The App is operated by Solaz — 106 Boulevard Victor Hugo, 92110 Clichy, France. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to info@shopsolaz.com. We reply within 24 working hours.

What the App collects

• Your email address. Used to confirm that you are a Solaz customer, and to send you a six-digit sign-in code. The App uses no password.
• Your first name, taken from your Solaz order or entered by you, so that the App can greet you by name.
• Health-related information that you choose to record. Each evening you may rate your sleep, your digestive comfort and your energy on a four-point scale, and tick which products you have taken. Under Article 4(15) of the GDPR this is data concerning health, and we treat it as such.
• Programme information: which Solaz programme you follow, its start date, and which evenings you have recorded.
• A short, fixed list of usage events — for example an onboarding screen viewed, a sign-in code requested, an evening saved, a reminder opened. They exist only so that we can see where the App is confusing. These events never contain any of your health ratings.
• Subscription status, if you subscribe: whether the subscription is active, when it expires, and which app store it came from. We never receive your payment details.

What never leaves your phone

Your evening reminder time, your reading progress in the journal and your chosen avatar are stored on your device only. They are never sent to us, and they disappear when you sign out or uninstall the App.

Why we collect it, and on what legal basis

• To run the App and show you your own history — performance of our contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To record your health-related ratings — your explicit consent, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Recording an evening is entirely optional: you may use the App without ever entering a single rating. You withdraw that consent by deleting your account, which erases these records.
• To confirm that you are a customer, and to limit abuse of the sign-in code — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your data — including, and especially, your health-related ratings.
• We never use your health-related ratings for advertising, for profiling, or for any automated decision about you.
• The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. The short list of usage events described above is recorded on our own servers, not by an outside company.
• We do not track you across other applications or websites.

Who else sees App data

• Shopify — to confirm that the email address you sign in with matches a Solaz order.
• Zoho Corporation (European data centre) — to deliver your sign-in code by email.
• Apple and Google — if you subscribe, they process the payment. They do not pass your payment details to us.
• RevenueCat — to confirm to our servers that a subscription is valid.

None of them receives your health-related ratings.

Where App data is stored

App data is held on servers located in the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your recorded evenings for as long as your account exists, so that you can look back over your own history at any time. If you delete your account, everything — your account, your recorded evenings, your programme history and your usage events — is erased immediately and permanently. We keep no copy.

Deleting your account from the App

You can delete your Solaz account and all of the data attached to it directly from the App, without asking us: open the Moi tab, scroll to the bottom, and choose to delete your account. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, write to info@shopsolaz.com.

Evening reminders

If you allow it, the App sends one discreet reminder each evening, at the time you choose. These reminders are produced by your own phone. No message, and no notification identifier, is sent to our servers or to anyone else. You can switch them off at any time, in the App or in your phone settings.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to give you access to your data, to correct it, to erase it, to give you a portable copy of it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to a particular use. You may also withdraw your consent to the recording of health-related ratings at any time. Write to info@shopsolaz.com; we reply within 24 working hours, and act within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.

Children

The App is intended for adults. It is not designed for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

What the App is not

Solaz products are food supplements, not medicines, and the App is not a medical device. The ratings you record are your own observations: they are shown back to you, and nothing more. They are never used to make a diagnosis, and they do not replace medical advice. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet or a balanced lifestyle, and it does not replace any treatment prescribed to you — it must never be a reason to stop one. If a symptom worries you, speak to your doctor or your pharmacist.
